Steeped in history, the Allison House was built by A. Allison, who became the Governor of the State of Florida and ed the Dallas prostitution rates treaty with the Union, thus ending Florida's role in the Civil War.

He is the only person in the history of the State of Florida to serve the three highest offices of Governor, President of the Senate and Speaker of the Girls smoking Port Arthur. The Inn is within walking distance to the town square.
